I hated wrestling in HS but wrestling was part of the original olympic games in freaking Greece, it is pretty much the world's oldest sport. There is honestly not a sport out there that should be in the summer games MORE than wrestling. It is the top of the list, period.

Good post....a little surprised by your soccer opinion but you explained it.
I would like to see baseball and softball just because I like both....but in the Olympics they won't get the best American players and the WBC kinda already takes care of this need. Softball is ridiculously not even in talent. There are about 4 teams that are Olympic worthy and the others hope not to lose 27-0 in 5 inn.

The arguments against baseball and softball are decent though -- not enough nations really play them in order for them to be competitive through a "world" competition.
That's definitely not the same for most other sports within the Olympics.
