I was waiting on the COTA bus yesterday to take us to the buckeye game. We were catching it at Broad and High. While at the stop there a lady talking on her cell phone about how Columbus is kicking all the homeless like her out. She talking about some homeless shelter closing. Telling whoever she's talking to she thinks its time to move out to the suburbs for more support.

First how does the lady have a cell phone. (Obamaphone). Secondly who is she talking to another homeless person in a different city.
