While it might be running low on the "reality" side, I really like Amish Mafia for some reason. I know the show is totally fake, but I find it amusing because of how ridiculous the whole thing is.
I do love that little person Wayne from Merlin's crew who is always pissed off and breaking stuff in every episode. He is kind of a badass.

I went through a few seasons of watching the UFC one (TUF), but that got tiresome eventually. In general, I find reality TV to be stupid as fuck. If I'm at someone's place and they turn one on for whatever reason, I'll stomach it (but start drinking and toking a lot heavier to see if I can at least dumb myself down enough to get through it), but by personal choice, I couldn't imagine a reason why I'd want to see this shit.
