I was getting ready to create justinsucks.com, which would be the same as this board, but with a more anti-Justin slant to it.

But since he created this board and it got popular, I decided it'd be better to help out around the place while plotting my takeover.

Honestly, I'd never pay just to be a member of a message board. I might have stayed around the free forums (which for me, would just have been the Bleacher Seats, for all intents). Of course that assumes I wouldn't have gotten banned enough times to get IP-banned from my home computer.

But I would have been primarily (if not completely) Yappi. When JJ's announced it was going back to pay-to-post, I figured I'd be exclusively there. Instead, I'm near-exclusively here and likely will be with the exception of pro baseball talk, as there is a good community of Pittsburgh Pirate fans there.

I have never paid for internet access. Usually wherever I live there is a wireless signal close enough to use. If not, I always have phone as modem, which is free on my cell phone plan.

Of course (for most people) it's not free,...so what's your point. That $1 month is no big deal? Of course it's not, but that doesn't mean I want to pay a buck a month to every site I visit....especially if it is not essential 'service'. It's not like were getting porn or anything
