I can see it somewhat being random, but if it was so random why were these guys in this neighborhood to "randomly" shoot people unless it was motivated by race/class? They could have randomly shot someone in their own area.

All is well. Jesse Jackson came out and tweeted about the killing. He "frowned upon" it. At least he wasn't mean and call them "bad boys".
