If OSU beat MSU in a poorly played game and maybe got some huge calls go their way....mixed with Auburn beating Missouri 42-17.....I'd be worried.

The one thing that makes me think it's possible...if Auburn wins next week, that will be back-to-back wins over top 5 teams, including #1. Humans have short memories.

Michigan State is a fraud. They played a MAC level schedule and the Buckeyes will beat them by a minimum 3 TD's.

Hopefully OSU does beat them by 3TD's, that will put OSU comfortably in the NCG.

Thank God college football is getting some kind of playoff.

The SEC is going to have 3 of the top 5 teams in the country tomorrow, and it is criminal that none of them can play for the national title because they have had to beat up on eachother all season.

The current system rewards weak conferences while forcing SEC teams to run the gauntlet each year.

Dude shut the f*ck up. The only reason they're rated so high is because of the artificial inflation that's been discussed in other pages in this thread and in other threads. If any of the SEC teams were good enough, they'd be undefeated. None of the SEC teams this year are bulletproof, so if one of them truly was good enough to go undefeated, they would have.

The ACC is absolutely terrible this year - that does NOT mean that Florida State isn't worthy of their ranking. I think they are. But the ACC is historically bad for the conference. Clemson is good, but not that good. And that is the only team that is worth discussing.

Duke isn't terrible but they are no where near MSU's league. They have no depth and MSU would dominate both sides of the line. Florida State will absolutely destroy Duke.

edit: some Auburn asshat said it would be unamerican if an SEC team got passed over from going to Pasadena

Screw OSU and FSU, let's just have the sec conference championship game be the national championship game. I mean the sec is just so good no way any one else could be better.
