You heard correctly, but it wouldn't stop him from going. No lines.

It's back open. So expect lines, except today where it's miserable and raining for a third straight day.

I'm staying in ocean pines, right by rt. 50. Rented a house out for the week.

You're boardwalk/downtown area then. We are quite a ways away from you. Should be sunny and hot today. It's our last night here. We are leaving tomorrow morning.

We're here still Sunday, it's my daughters 3rd birthday today so were probably going to head to the beach and assateague to show her the wild horses.

Awesome idea. I think we're going th other direction this evening. We are most likely heading up into Deleware towards Rehoboth and Dewey for dinner.

At work today for me, although it is officially a company holiday. Major client doesn't have a company holiday today so we needed to have a couple people in for coverage in case something came up. I was happy to take it and get an extra floating holiday to use later this year instead, particularly with my wedding in 2 weeks and honeymoon coming up after that.

I thought same thing, last job I asked to go to hourly bc I was working so much. Worked 80+ hours in a week making me go go up to double time, govt took so much of it that it wasn't even worth it.

Last four days off for the summer, and all of them are supposed to be rainy.

I'll be working. Meaning, I'll be at work. But I'll be doing jack shit
Same here. I'm sitting in the office. I'm at my computer. I'm also not really applying myself.

It's all good -- keeps me from starting drinking too early, and since I'll be at a party tomorrow, I don't want to burn myself out tonight and feel shitty half of tomorrow.

That's what I was thinking...until the company decides to do budget-cutting and makes 40-hour hourly employees drop down to 37 hours. Would have sucked it hard if that had happened to me.

I've done jack shit except surf the interwebz. Don't mind getting paid to do that. Prob about what I would do at home.

Oh and I found this, had this on VHS growing up. Didn't make sense then, makes even less sense now.

Yeah it just sucks because I work right by a big strip of bars in Chicago so there's so much fun being had and I have a damn window office

But yeah other than a little rush this morning, this day has been full of surfing the web and a euchre app

My company will try like hell to avoid having anyone work 40+ hours/week. If there's any threat, you'll usually be cut early and someone else will get scheduled.

They switched me from hourly to salary in March, and the one thing I miss is the OT I would get for lunch meetings and shit.

Was on the road all week in Washington State - we had a presentation this morning with a client. But - Lady D'Friskies and I get a long weekend together in Seattle out of it for the price of her airline ticket coming out here Thursday morning.

Now I just have she doesn't bankrupt us while she's
shopping today....
