Greetings friends.

What apps does everyone use for playing music? I was using Spotify, and loved it. I had the premium subscription that I paid for every month. However, the past few days I've been having trouble with it. I can get 1:30-2:15 into a track and then it just stops. I have to close/open it before I can play music again, only for it to stop. It's happened every time with different songs, on Wifi or 3G (I have Verizon iPhone 4S), offline mode, after deleting/reinstalling the app, before and after the update they released yesterday. I've messaged their support people a few times and so far none of their suggestions have helped. I'm tempted to restore my phone to factory settings, but that seems like a lot of work for something that probably won't help. So I'm about to give up. I've been scouring their forums and haven't found anyone having anything remotely similar to this going on.

What other apps do people use for music? I have I Heart Radio and Songza on my phone (and they both work perfectly despite Spotify not) but I'm not a big fan of apps that pick the music for you based on preferences. I want a service that lets me pick and make playlists. Does anyone know of anything similar to Spotify, assuming I can't get it worked out?

I really like I heart radio because you can get radio stations from all over as well as band custom stations.

I use tune in radio to listen to 97.1 the fan and The Blitz from back home.

Also, what kind of device do you have? iOS 7 will have iTunes radio.

Google has their own Spotify wanna-be, but I'm not sure if it works on iOS devices (yet).
