To continue the healthcare conversation...

I've never understood why healthcare is a right. But if it is, then the only way to control costs IMHO is to control how much the hospitals/Drs can charge. Having everyone buy insurance just inflates the price. Personally I think insurance takes all the blame for cost when it's the Drs and hospitals that are doing the charging. Having govt pay for everything will just inflate costs more. (See what happened to the cost of education once the govt started guarunteeing student loans)

And some people wonder why Trump is popular. Most rational people hate the lifer politicians, bureaucrats and lawyers who have delivered disasters like obamaKare on top of $20 trillion in debt, never ending deficits, and a Hundred Trillion in unfunded liabilities.

Time to clean house.

This disaster will finally get bulldozed with a Trump presidency.
This is exactly what Obama and the Dems wanted. They even told the people this. Don't believe me? Just ask boat shoes.

There is a reason the architect said they passed Obamacare, due to the stupidity of the average american. The dems are moving the goal posts and we are on our way to single payer.

Single payer is a different argument, I am not a fan of it, but I can see the arguments for it. Obamacare was a joke and anyone who thought it was actually going to work (a lot of people apparently), was either an idiot or drank the kool-aid with wishful thinking.

Single payer has its issues and there is a lot we need to discuss before implementing it.

With that said, its preferable to Obamacare and how it was done before Obamacare.

Even though I don't support single payer, I can agree to that. Obamacare has been a joke from the start.

Maybe better than Obamacare but not even close to better to what was before Obamacare.

Right because going back to denying coverage on pre-existing conditions is the Christian thing to do.

Down to 2 insurers left in Philadelphia; premiums going up 53%.

1 insurer left in Phoenix; deductible is $14,000.

Liberalism always generates the exact opposite of its stated intent.

Change we can believe in ....

She'll replace it hopefully with single payer insurance like the rest of the modern world.

I have no idea what Trump would do. Thank god he won't be President.

Again, that makes perfect sense; let's be like the rest of the 'modern world' .....maybe we can go there for care.

And you do know what Trump would do, he will repeal this historic disaster and the republican plan will be inserted in its place and signed into law. Then we can all go back to having health insurance that is reasonably affordable and retain health care that is the envy of the 'modern world'.

Right because Republicans were doing so much to control healthcare prices. Republicans sure did a lot to help people with pre-existing conditions and remove lifetime caps so that the poor would just have to die instead of being treated humanely.

GOP chose Trump. Enjoy 8 years of Hillary!

Honestly, the only people I know of/read about/watched on interviews who want single payer are 1.) College kids 2.) Lefotover hippies 3.) People wanting to try something new while thinking that it can be easily changed back if they don't like it.

I'm none of those people.

Theory debunked.
