Yeah I wouldn't expect much but who knows? He hasn't played in 3 years so maybe this last surgery helped him get right. It's a worthy gamble for what you are going to pay him, which isn't going to be more than a few million for a year or two. If he does stay healthy somehow you hit the jackpot.
