I'm taking the initiative to start the search for the next moderator. I think moderators (all of them except Justin and his wife) should have term limits, and anyone else who wants to be one, should be allowed to "run" against them. So, Fly4Fun's term limit is coming to an end, so I'm putting him up against ohiobucks. Ohiobucks definitely deserves it, with all of the hard work he's put in with the sheep game.

Justin - What would you think about setting term limits to moderators? If no one (qualified) wants to run, they get their term renewed.

Make like_that a moderator. For real.

The best way to keep things balanced is to add balance. If the "pwner" clan feels they're being unfairly mistreated, add one to the hierarchy. I think he'd be the most fair of the "pwners." (no offense other pwners, don't hurt my feelz for not choosing you)

LOL justin wouldn't allow this. I have a good amoutn of enemies and allies, however the enemies would surely leave this site. Rather just try to keep everyone on.

If I was mod though, I wouldn't do anything except join the orgy in the mod forum, and infract anyone who posts personal information.

Promotion relegation is def the best way. Just look at two perfect examples: 1) Soccer/Football. The whole world does it, and it seems to work for them. 2) Sheep league. It works.
