Your fastest speed on a ticket.....and also your slowest.

I've had 3. Mine aren't impressive.

My fastest ticket was only a 70 in a 55mph (4 lane highway....straight a way)

My slowest was also my 1st which was going 37 in a 25 going down a large hill on the edge of town.

Ive never gotten a ticket. I normally don't go more than 10 over. I actually find it a bit ridiculous that some of my friends basically always drive 10+ over on the highway. Awesome you knocked off 3 min on our 20 min drive. Sorry about your $100 ticket but it was definitely worth it!

Yep. Saved me from a wreckless op. It was 2 am, and no traffic around, so I think thats why he cut me a break.

I was clocked going 83 or 86 in a 65. Not sure what he actually ticketed me as going. It is the only time I've ever actually got a ticket. I had been pulled over 3 or 4 times previously for various reasons but was never ticketed.

76 in a 55 was my only ticket.

I've had warnings for 67 in a 55, 70 in a 55, 77 in a 65, and 45 in a 35.

I'm guessing he meant "hot" girl, because you received so many warnings.

84 in a 65. Highway. The cop was nice enough to drop my actual speed down so I didn't get 20+ over.

107 in a 65- Just got a speeding ticket I-70 three lane. Cop said he clocked me three times in 5 seconds. 1st was 107, then i saw him, second was 92 and the third was 71. Cop was impressed i slowed down that much and didn't lose control and lock up the tires.

46 in a 35, guy was a dick. New Matamoras.

Note: If you are pulled over going over the speeding limit by 5 MPH
The court will have no case and you can via gauge manufacturer specification prove it.

Between Car Manufacture Speedo Gauge specification and formula for calibration "true speed" and the fluctuation of Radar + and - … 5 MPH over the speed limit is not justifiable 7 is questionable and 10 is borderline

Speedo gauge formula is to be calibrated to be 5 MPH faster than true speed and or dial speed indicated.

Example: New tires .. as they wear the tire ratio decrease slowing the true speed (slowing the car) but because the speedometer gauge speed via the standard manufacture specification will read faster than your true speed.

Another Example: Replacing your tire with a larger diameter tire will increase your true speed but the speed on the dial will be slower.

So when you get the idea to change tire sizes you better also calibrate the Speedo Gauge

Got two in one night from the same cop. On the same road about 5 miles apart and 4 hrs in between. He actually laughed his ass off.

Speedometers are usually calibrated to the highest mph of the average error, so they are much more likely to run "faster" than slower, meaning if you were clocked going 75 in a 65, there's a good chance the speedometer read 75+ you thus knew you were speeding anyway.

Meaning you likely couldn't get one tossed. Also, breaking the law is still breaking the law, even if the speedometer is wrong.

I've never had a speeding ticket. Pulled over once for 62-55. Only pulled me over because he thought I was going 62 in a 45.

By the way, in many states if it has been a year or two or more since your last ticket, you can go to like a $35 online traffic school and get the ticket dismissed. Takes like an hour and a half. I did that for 80 in a construction zone marked 40 (chill, it was a speed trap)
