I average around 160 grams of protein a day I think
I don't really do fiber bars or shakes or anything like that. My usual day goes along these lines.
Breakfast -- egg burrito (soft taco wrap, two eggs, mushrooms, jalapenos, horseradish and maybe another veggie like onions or random peppers if I have them around)
Lunch -- self-made pasta bowl (random kind of pasta mixed with a lite alfredo sauce, mushrooms and whatever other veggies I feel like tossing into the mix).
Dinner -- burger wrap (take the egg burrito, but replace eggs with sirloin-cut ground beef, essentially).
Snacks -- fruit and grain bars (fruit filling satisfies any "sweet tooth" I may have and they're low fat). Usually have 1-3 a day, depending on if I'm hungry or not.

This. I think it was eating 8000 calories a day might have been why I got to 245+ in the first place. lol.
