Yeah I fast. I try to eat dinner by 630pm, work out at 6 am. Try and not eat breakfast the next day until 10 am. That helped me drop about 5 lbs I've been trying to get rid of but I still got some excess pudge on my sides that I'm trying to get rid of.Automatik;1707861 wrote:I chose this location. I run out in the cold often. If it is 10 below I dont run though. Layer enough and ya stay warm so I am not sure if that really matters much. Thing is...when you run how long are you really out in the cold? 12 is about the highest I will go on a treadmill for a "sprint".
