I am looking for blogs that give recipes and preferably list the macros. I current use fitmencook.com which is a good one, but would like more variety.

Any of you weight lifting guys live near canton. I can improve your strength in a matter of minutes.
had a athlete that could do 235 lbs I bench press, best he could ever achieve was 9 reps. In one minute after I used ( let's call it positive energy) he did 11 rep at 235

any of you weight guy want to test my theory Positive energy...

Note: no chemicals, no pills, no devices to wear, no injections .... You bring your own water...
