Do we have one of these? I just started a new program, that I kinda blended with a BFS program I learned a few years back. Basically, you track total weight lifted per exercise, per day, per week. You then make adjustments every week to "beat" what you did the week before, trying to lift more on every exercise, every week, even if it is a small increase, as they will add up in time.
Anyone do anything like this? We're basically doing a hodge-podge of exercises, but trying to focus on one muscle group per day.
Thoughts? What kinds of exercise routines do you/have you done where you find the biggest improvements? I am not a supplement guy.
