Very first pitch right at the legs.

This defense is sloppy....was yesterday and is again today...and WTF is it with getting homered at home???

Choo was about 80% on that ball and BP was about 65 % on the relay.....if either one goes full at it Marte is easily out at 3rd.

Dusty has got to be near the "getting tossed" phase.

Try your hand at that to get your mind off this pathetic game...

I only got 5 out of 10...

Morton hits Paul on a 3-2 pitch, Clint Hurdle thinks it's clearly on purpose.

Latos already out...blah. Maybe against the Pirates, the Reds can win one back for Latos.

If Hannahan doesn't get a hit, it's over. Parra on his way in...

Latos departs after just 5 innings, for a PH with two on and two out mand having 88 pitches thanks to the 32 pitch, 3 run first inning.

Latos had about as good a chance at getting a hit as Hannahan. Dude is terrible.

Not a ton of confidence in that "great offense" given that Dusty just made the decision to thin out his bullpen with a long stretch of games including a west coast trip and a rookie who has really never thrown in relief as your setup man...

And Hannahan promptly grounds out to SS! Reds defense didn't do Latos any favors in that first, missing two outs that easily could have been gotten, but were not(Cozart tag and Votto failed pick).

LOL, Manny Parra K's the sides and the fans all win.

Literally, what were the odds? How many 3K innings has he had in his career? That might have been the first...

Can't wait to hear dusty whining on Thursday when he says his whole bullpen is unavailable.

I missed #2, #5 and #9

I always thought if the runners touched the trail runner was out. Just missed 5 and 9....but thought I had them both, especially 5.

Replay showed that ball hit the seam and took a strange hop on Votto

I think Parra only K'd two there as Walker fled out for the 2nd out, but the two were enough to qualify for free pizza after only 6 innings!

...and why is Choo running there? Woefully bad execution by Cozart or Choo...or both.

Reason 1 million that cozart shouldn't hit 2nd. Can't even make contact on a hit and run.

Cozat hitting into a DP ruined the first innng, and now the remembrance of that put Choo stealing in the 6th and Martin nailed him to take the gas out of the 6th for the Reds after Choo got on again leading off.

Here's what I don't get though.

Choo is on to leadoff. If you choose to hit Cozart 2nd, why risk a hit and run in front of your big guys, in maybe the best shot you have remaining in the game? It all worked out, kind of, but I'd rather Cozart strike out there than risk losing 2 runners...

Easy to see why the Pirates bullpen will be terribly overworked 3/4 into the year.

I missed seeing that! Same thing, but on a grounder to 3rd, that really helped Wheelersburg's rally in the bottom of the 7th to win their 2nd state title in a row.
