Xbox One preorder is live on Amazon...I pre-ordered one. $499 with placeholder November 30 date.

I'm still undecided so I'll preorder both just to be safe and cancel or flip the other closer to release date...

If Sony comes in at 399, they will have a huge jump in the next console war....just like xbox did because of the PS3 pricing at launch

I honestly don't think there will be a market to flip. I don't think the craze is there like it was for the 360. That was a bigger jump than what these consoles are.

Yeah, I went crazy with the Wii's, but I agree about this gen, I don't think it will be worth it, unless you do craigslist, which I won't do.

I honestly wanted to flip my 360 but it was literally the only thing my kid wanted for xmas that year. They were going for 800 or more

Not going to make another thread, but it's kind of related.

iOS 7 was announced today per Apple's WWDC nonsense. Stole Google's look and made it worse, somehow.

They announce new laptops/iphones? I've been waiting for them to release so I can buy the iphone 5 for cheaper and get a new laptop, but dont need the latest and greatest.

Macbook Air line got refreshed. That's about it.

They're just adding the new Intel processors that came out recently.

Does it charge you $499 now or do they take a deposit like the stores used to?

Amazon only charges when things ship...their standard policy

correct...change your mind and cancel anytime before it ships and you'll never see a charge. Just have to remember to cancel, and worst case you can refuse shipment if you forget, or ship back to amazon for a return.

So were FIFA 14 and NBA Live 14. Maybe only certain games are $99.99.

I am pretty sure that if no price is announced or available, Amazon prices at 99 by default. When I preordered Hitman Absolution it was 99 and there was no firm release date on it.
