I don't think CC's version of events are bad either, but the problem is we don't know. TM could have very much so did what CC thinks and GZ could have done what others think. Doesn't matter though, only those on the jury have the say!

The problem here is there are no real "eye" witnesses but mostly "ear" witnesses.

I guess I'm just confused why the testimony girl on the phone is so important. Eyewitness testimony is highly unreliable, wouldn't ear-witness(whatever you would call it), which would be made more inaudible by a phone conversation, be even more unreliable? How can this be considered valid proof of anything?

I think it has everything to do with her being black. It is astonishing the way black celebrities and the media are coming to her side, saying it isn't that she's a complete moron, but it's just how she grew up. I read an article where the author wrote that she was being a very good witness, her story was solid, etc, when the FACTS are that she is completely inconsistent with her stories, and already lied under oath months ago. Lol black celebrities. Seriously dude? They are just as bad as the media lol. But trust me more blacks than what you see on "TV" are calling this girl out for what she is. Most black people that I know as well as what I have read are calling this girl a complete moron who's story has been all over the place. Still waiting on the state to play the 'mutual combat' card. I lol'd when the state had to object to the lead investigator saying he believed Zman. Serino admitted he had little to challenge Zman's story with, and even admitted other witnesses confirmed parts of his story, unknown to Zman at the time of interviews. The judge is still doing her best for the state to win.

Ha it is pretty funny, that all CREDIBLE witnesses the prosecution have brought up, seem to only help Zimmerman's case. Doesn't make much sense but the more facts that come out, the more Zimmerman has never waivered and his story continues to hold up.

I think today was big for the prosecution. The Medical Examiner's testimony that Zimmerman's injuries were not life threatening and were "insignificant" really hurts his claim that he was scared for his life.

Also, I'm calling bullshit on Zimmerman saying that he did not know of any type of "stand your ground" law in Florida.

The medical examiner's saying that those injuries were not life threatening does not change much in my eyes. The injuries could have been life threatening had he not stopped trayvon from beating him. George is not a doctor, he can't assess the injuries as they are happening to him. He knows that he is pinned to the ground with somebody smashing his head to the concrete.

A person being chased by a another with a knife hasn't had life threatening injuries. Doesn't mean their life isn't in danger. They should do what it takes to save their own life
