First of three games at the Evil Empire starts tonight. Game 2 is the swing game, as Masterson should have the edge tonight versus Pettitte, and CC gets Kluber on Wednesday. If Kazmir gets another good start we should take 2 out of 3.

We sit a half game back of the Tigers, and NYY are 3 games back of Boston.

Our starters must go at least six innings(more than likely seven)for us to be in any of these games, and we need to get better production from our 1-5 hitters. GO TRIBE!!!

I'm actually looking forward to the game 3 pitching match up. Kluber is making great strides. I think he has improved as much as anyone over the past month. It doesn't look good on paper, but I still like it.

Not sure what the Tribe is doing. Could have thrown through and tried to get a guy stealing with 2 outs (and a man on 3rd), and then Masterson cuts a throw home by Bourn that looked like they would have got the guy dead on arrival. So instead of 4-4 it's now 6-4

Tribe base running has to be the worst in baseball. Tonight it was Aviles with a bonehead play. Seems like every game has a major blunder. When is Tito gonna start cracking the whip on this crap?

I made this same observation to my wife on Sunday, and it seems like it's contagious. It's not just one guy, it's a number of them.

Ha not much discussion tonight. Tribe was getting 1 hit for awhile until the Yanks brought in Joba. Now Yanks 4 - Tribe 3 off of a Stubbs 3 run home with 2 outs in the 7th.

Kazmir didn't pitch too bad. He gave up the big hr to tex. lets hope we can get 1 this inning to tie it. It will be tough to get to Rivera
