1. I'd never call myself a Browns fan. Just the thought of me saying that makes me feel dirty.
2. I don't think he's going quite that far into stupidity, but he has argued that the championships the Browns won in the league they were in before the NFL are equal to NFL championships; that the performance by the new Browns against the Steelers shouldn't count as far as the overall team-vs-team record AND that it's queer to be a fan of OSU college sports and Pittsburgh pro sports. I'm sure there's more, but those three stick out in my mind.
Come to think of it, I like Footwedge. I always feel more intelligent after arguing with him. I can't say that about everyone on this site.

Oh believe me, when Al ventures out of Pittsburgh threads, I fucking want to strangulate him. He's decent enough when talking our teams with me, Non/Zod, Ewok and....fucking Rock (who's on Al's level)....but he gets off on trolling other teams. I like to talk a bit o' trash, but I like to keep it at least reasonably fun. He just goes out to piss others off and ruins the whole scene. Like a real low-grade NCF. Like when that guy goes on an extended troll session (which we luckily haven't seen recently as he's apparently doing the Huddle Bleacher Seat thing for the time being), it's best not to even lightly rib Cleveland fans because you know a couple people will be so pissed at him, they'll go off on anyone they look at as being on his side.
In short, it takes all my willpower to not go all JJ-mod on him and banhammer him just for existing.

He really infuriates me, because I know he is wrong about 99% of the time, on just about everything. I think why it appears that I "favor" people is because most of the long term regulars are republican posters and have taken their lumps with the rules, been banned/ warned at one time etc and know the rules and the limits. You will get new posters who lean democrat/liberal and don;t know the rules and the limits and get in trouble for it, play victim and then accuse me of favoritism.

Exactly. Bigdogg was pretty notorious back on JJs for jumping on a thread, throwing out personal attacks against anyone who didn't lean far left, and then PM'ing the mods and accusing them of favoritism. Over the past year, I received about half-a-dozen PM complaints from him about favoritism.
