I don't think anyone else can access your account. When I first saw the quoted post, I was confused why my name was up there and had thought you had gotten into my account...until I saw Pick's response asking the same thing.
Something must have gone weird with you trying to embed a video, and it just shows the Ohio Chatter forum page. I think whoever looks at that will see their own name up at the top.

I tried to embed the Top That video. Went to youtube, searched the video, hit share, and embed, came back to the Chatter, control + v, and bammoh! Next thing you know I see my screenname at the top of the page. Then, with Morgan Freeman's help, I go into the wormhole!
I love Survivorman. Great show!
