I'd go with crabs. As long as you have a good razor, you can cure crabs easily.

Nothing is said of "cure", which would eliminate the disease from a body... so I have to assume the disease would run its course. As the clinical course of some of these diseases results in death, you could probably eliminate AIDS, Hepatitis B, Gonorrhea, and Syphilis from consideration. The OP says you have to live with it the rest of your life. No cure. You can cure Syphillis and Gonorrhea with antibiotics....but then that would not be living with it the rest of your life.I'd go with crabs. As long as you have a good razor, you can cure crabs easily.
