I think they hit the victim with the car then proceeded to stab, chop, and hack for 15 minutes until bystanders shielded the body. Then one of the killers spoke on camera to a woman. Took police 20 minutes to respond ( WTF?) where they shot both terrorist.

What cops? This is the UK. Most weapons are banned and if anything someone defending their home has less rights than the criminal breaking into the home.
It will be interesting to see what sentence these guys get. The Lockerbie bomber got off after murdering dozens of people on humanitarian grounds and lived for a multiple of months in luxury.
I love living in the UK, but their political system is pretty messed up, like most of Europe.

That's insane!!!!!! I wonder if those cops were armed???
Going to have to wait to see how things unfold. Makes me wonder if it was terrorism.
