We begin our fall session this Thursday September 12th. Novice will run 5:00-6:00 and Advanced 6:00-7:30. Novice will focus on developing basic skills through games and drills. Advanced will focus on proper drilling technique as well as advanced instruction. We generally go live the last 30 minutes but this is not an open mat. Focus will be drilling and skill development.
