"Scientists hailed CERN's confirmation of the Higgs Boson in July of 2012, speculating that it could one day make light speed travel possible by "un-massing" objects or allow huge items to be launched into space by "switching off" the Higgs. This isn't actually a picture from space, but it's a video that I am definitely digging. Commander Chris Hadfield sang and played David Bowie's "Space Oddity" from the International Space Station. That's bad ass.
