Miley Cyrus is definitely hot. #1 hottest in the world? No, not by any means. But fo sho hot. No doubt Maxim did this to sell magazines. Miley Cyrus is a recognizable name that people want to see half nude. She DOES have to do something different with her hair though. Makes her far less hot.

The bottom one is best. Miley is just alright for me. Probably shouldn't even be in the top 50 for this though.
