Saw a link on twitter saying he had the girls chained up in the basement hallways, that's how they never got away. I'll try and find it

Edit: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2321264/Cleveland-kidnapping-girl-chained-wall-abductor-like-kind-trophy-kidnap-house.html
At least one of the girls held captive in a Cleveland house for a decade was chained to the wall 'like some kind of trophy', it was revealed today, after police confirmed that ropes and chains were found in the hall of the house.

Windows and doors of the house were boarded up and the back yard - where the girls were reportedly forced to walk on all fours on leashes like dogs - was covered with an eight-foot-tall fence made out of chicken wire and blue tarpaulin.
Local police sources revealed last night that suspected kidnapper Ariel Castro would use a sick game to 'train' the three girls not to run away by pretending to leave the house, only to beat them if they tried to run free.

I knew about the Jaycee Dugard incident, but never really read up on it. After this incident I read up and learned more.

Holy fuck. 18 years she was holed up with those fucking sick lunatics.

cleveland police are the worst... you get a call about naked women being led around on all fours and you dont check it out?

if i remember correctly the serial killer guy could have been stopped several times if not for some laziness by cleveland cops as well

From most accounts I've read the area is pretty bad. Not surprised the cops tended to ignore or casually "check up" on calls/complaints.

I was going to say something similar to this. I'm betting there is a lot of bizarre situations all of the time in that worthless city. A person crawling around naked is probably right up there with a typical day in Cleveland.

from the serial killer case notes:

Anthony Sowell remaining at large for so long. Public outrage has grown since information has been released that Anthony Sowell, a convicted rapist, was taken into custody last December, questioned, but released without being charged -- even though a female complained that she had been choked and ordered to take her clothes off in the house on Imperial Avenue, the very same house where six of the 11 bodies were found.

The way Kasich knew the school report card system was broken was when Steubenville was rated "Excellent" a couple years back

You do understand that "Excellent" is the 2nd-highest ranking, correct (like a "B")? Not terrible for a ghetto setting, but not a premiere school system as many from there try to claim.
