People who call out players on Twitter are idiots. Do people really think Bruce doesn't want to be hitting better? It's frustrating as a fan, being acting like a child on a social media site isn't going to make them play better.

It's a double-edged sword. The only people worse are the ones that go after the players' wives. I know Dallas Latos can be pretty annoying. Not necessarily. He has 1000s of followers. Most of them ppl who are just fans. But friends too. After a game he probably has 100s of mentions. He probably scans through them because some could actually be from ppl he wants to hear from.
I say my fair share of fuck Bruce on twitter. But id NEVER do it as a mention. Thats stupid.
I love twitter but this is the huge downside to it. Fans have way too much clear access to the player. There is no filter.
