I love this team. The team from the first half of the Royals series can GFT, though.

Lost in the offense the last 3 games is how marvelous the pitching has been... We've given up 5 runs in 3 games... That's winning ball. Nevermind the minor detail that we've scored 33 runs in that same span lol..

Reynolds and Santana continue to sparkle. The guys who gave up gopher balls to Rayburn and Stubbs should be deported to Syria.

Yeah, ubaldo teased us with a great outing. I hate that we see glimpses...and then he turns terrible

He had a 6 game stretch last season where he had an ERA under 3. We know how he was the rest of the season.wes_mantooth;1436882 wrote:Yeah, ubaldo teased us with a great outing. I hate that we see glimpses...and then he turns terrible

Heading up to the game after work. I am sure they will score zero runs tonight, but I am still looking forward to it. Great weather, and I am excited to see Trevor Bauer and Cliff Lee.

Cliff Lee - pin head
Edit: Ahhhhhhhh...well I always thought that, but I'm going to take it back because of that one great season he had when he was 22-3 and set a modern era record for win percentage.
Ok......so he's not a pin head.
Go Tribe!

I am on a freaking roll!!!
2 series wins and 2 series splits. Ill have my 5th started up tomorrow sometime. With the off day tomorrow, Ive got some time before the 3 gamer versus the Twins starts up.

What a great game...this team is fun to watch...not like last year's plodding sleep inducers.

Remind me again why we acquired Raburn?

I realize Bauer has some command issues. But, he has some serious stuff. He was throwing change ups and breaking balls anywhere in the count. When he does get command, he will be a big time starting pitcher.

I would really like to see our starting rotation as:
Masterson
Mcallister
Bauer
Kluber
Ubaldo/Myers/ kazmir. Who ever can win that battle or a rotation if all 3 for the 5th spot.
I have been really impressed by Bauer. Once he gets settled in, in the majors his walks will go down a lot. But his stuff is pretty damn amazing

What? You've given up on the wonderful and powerful Ubaldo? Crackhead alert in State College. Stay away from Toftrees.Crimson streak;1437176 wrote:I would really like to see our starting rotation as:

I never thought he was good in Cleveland. I see the stuff to be a great pitcher and i get hopeful he can put it together. Same with fausto. But at this point he should be a 5th starter or spot start guy. I would give him another start after last games performance even though I will probably get let down again.
