I say here, because THIS is the real Huddle, the way it was always supposed to be. The other place died Wednesday night, and was ailing for a long time.

I'm assuming some stayed the course over there, and that's fine. It's not for me, though. I won't pay for it. The question is, for the regulars (you know who you are), are you still HERE? Check in. I'd be interested to know who came over.

Off the top of my head, I haven't seen hank (Phog Allen), Az, Laley, Captain Brinn, Sports&Ladies, TrinityBBFan, riverat, and on and on. I'm sure I'm forgetting a lot.

In terms of Duke fans, we're also missing keane and friendfromlowry. We need to keep the strong Duke presence alive and well over here, too. After all, the Huddle always has been Duke Basketball Report's NW Ohio chapter:)

I never thought I'd be happy to see a Heel. But I'm pleasantly surprised:)

The Huddle wouldn't be the Huddle without us (Devils and Heels). That might rub some the wrong way, but we've dominated this forum more than any other fan base (including Ohio State's) for years. Haha.

Present and acounted for, but under a new user name. Left the old one at the other place, not that I ever intend on using it again. (And I won't pay...no matter how little the amount.) I didn't do a lot of posting before, but you can count me as a Blue Devil backer.

I wasn't liking the thought of missing out on all the back and forth between the Carolina fans and the Dukies. That's part of what makes basketball season so much fun. I'm so glad that the guys put the Free Huddle together to keep everything intact.

It's nice to see those who are still here.

I agree, hank and laley, and Az, bring a lot to the table during the basketball season.

And, even though he hasn't posted on this thread, it's always nice to know AntiDukeFan is still around.

Looks like at least one UNC guy (kramer) and another Dukie (georgemc) as well as Az are still over at the non-Huddle site -- they're the only posters I could see without accessing the forums.

It looks pretty dead over there, though. Is it, swami?

Im here. Im thinking about PMing Az and a couple others to head over here. The college bball forum was the ONLY reason I thought of paying. But with this site (thanks justin!) I see no reason. But it would be fun to get all the guys to switch over to this site. I think we should all PM the ones we can think of.

Remember, I became a closet KU fan a couple of Marches ago;) Still one of the best basketball games I've ever witnessed. Damn that was wonderful.

I wasn't a regular on the old site, but I'm a pretty big Akron basketball fan. They have the chance to have a special season building on the NCAA trip last year.

I know! I still have dreams about that game! Can't bring myself to delete it off my DVR even though I have the DVD of the game!

I'm with you rec...I never EVER thought I'd say this but Duke has become my 2nd favorite team! Mainly because of our mutual dislike for UNC but also just because of the way Duke handles themselves.

Burg_vike still here, but now under a new alias. Can't wait to root on UNC for more dominance in the coming years! Snagging Harrison Barnes from the dukies on Friday was a great start!
