It doesn't matter to me if it makes you laugh or not. Even though I haven't attended church in years, I grew up with it and I still believe in the basic tenets I learned as a kid and regularly tithe. Gays are not the same as Asians. They are not a race of people. They are people of the same sex who have intercourse with each other. The church considers that to be an action of immorality, much in the same way that it views adultery or fornication to be an action of immortality.
