It looks like it'll be Kansas. So, "go west young man" will be both of us.

Kansas...Good luck my Father-in-law is stuck out there. Way in northwestern Kansas. Glad I'm not there.

That's still a go. With or without me there. Unfortunately. I have to go where the full-time employment is.

Also, I'll know by noon on Tuesday (4/23) if I will be moving.

Take weekends and visit places in texas. The riverwalk in san antonio is awesome. Go visit Austin. The co-eds are insane!!!
Dallas is cool too.
West texas is fun with all the ranches and things.

Yeah, if its temporary, I am definitely going, especially in your case. Live a little and see some things.

Moving! Kansas it is for me. Around the first week in June. Hopefully within a couple of weeks I can get out there to find a house. You can buy houses for nothing out there. No money down and pay a lower payment than renting.

It'll be great. I know it's a temporary thing, 3-4 years and hopefully back. A much needed step in the career.

Not quite sure of the location of moving to, it's down to: Lyons, Sterling, Nickerson, or Hutchison. It really depends on where my wife ends up getting a teaching job. She's been driving an hour each way for the last year...I'm going to ensure she has a short drive now.

My wife's family is from Lincoln, Nebraska. Both her parents are Husker alum, but they now live in Kentucky. Her extended family is still in Grand Island, Gretna, and Lincoln.

Yeah the bad part about that is when you have to sell it for nothing too.
