I loved the Sam LeCure lovefest from Thom.

However, is it not obvious why he's in the role he is?

He's clearly not able to be a starter. He also doesn't have the pure stuff to be a closer. He could be a solid middle reliever, possibly setup guy/alternating with the right closer, but he is what he is.

Thom started going off about him like he was some superstar being hidden in the Reds' loaded pen. Please.

Thom drives me crazy anymore....it's either an unwarranted love fest exaggerating one of our players greatness or they can't do anything right.
