Several are absolute trainwrecks and look like actual meth-heads (although most of those girls WITH the make-up are still bottom-tier).
But the pictures seems to be in stages, and some look pretty decent in the second photo where the have sort of normal/everyday make-up and not the 3-hr paint job.
