This got super confusing and I just started paying attention about 40 minutes ago. So who's the individual they keep showing laying dead on the ground?

I'm not sure which photo you are referring to, but the one guy they did have on the ground (that I've seen) at one point was arrested and then released after questioning.

Have not seen that. Fox just said the one guy in custody is Suspect #2, but the "white hate" guy is still on the run

Just saw a pic of a naked guy getting into cop car - video of first suspect taken into custody. Couldn't tell from that footage if he looked like the second suspect. Although he did seem a lot shorter (#2 in the photos appears fairly tall)

wonder if they have been able to evacuate everyone.
