Naturalized Citizenship can be revoked by a judge but all of that requires due process. His rights don't just disappear like GoChiefs is suggesting and if the Obama administration were to treat him as an enemy combatant at the outset they are asking for problems when it looks like it is open and shut if he's treated as a citizen and tried as a criminal.hasbeen;1430272 wrote:Hasn't he been a citizen for less than a year? I wonder if the FBI will let us see the video of them dropping the backpacks now. Yesterday they said they had it but couldn't let the public see it. I'm sure it'd be submitted as evidence for the court?
