Well, yeah, in theory. But a lot of times, that takes some sort of desire on the other person to not prefer death over capture. If he's not planning to surrender and is planning to shoot and throw explosives until the bitter end, I don't think the average sane person would expect law enforcement to be using the kid gloves in order to make sure he survives and all...no matter how many people he takes out in the process.rydawg5;1429335 wrote:Is it me or it seems like it'd be GOOD to capture him alive?
