No problem trying him as a citizen in this case. Even if the bombing case was somehow less than concrete, he signed his death warrant with this chase. Although they will have to prove the bombing to get the death penalty (cop killing would be MA law, and they don't have the death penalty).

That was my thought process as well. They could just pin him for terrorism though, as his actions were probably enough to do that.

I never said that's what they should do. Ptown said it set a bad precedent, but it sets no precedent because the procedures are already in place. He will be juiced up in less than 5 years as a citizen.

It'd be really interesting if he got charged with running over his brother.

The criminal justice system will be plenty adequate as it would have been prior to all of the new terrorism laws prior to 9/11.
Go ask Krystle Campbell, Martin Richard, Lu Lingzi, and Sean Collier what they think about his rights.

It was ridiculous. Even Hollywood never imagined a chase that crazy and intense. At the risk of being insensitive, it's all rather movie-like.

You can't ask them anything, because they're dead and dead people don't talk.

That's what I've thought, but I think I've also heard that "serious" is "critical".
