You can changes filters to fit what you want. Bigdogg is correct in what he said. Total private 12 month average, April 2013 , Ohio ranks 34th. It is what it is, Kasich is not doing his job. To take shots at him makes you all look silly. His record is his record.

You picked the more volatile statistic and ignored the statistic that better explains the trend while also ignoring the previous year's data that does not support your beliefs.
