Ha! That was like 4 years ago...can't believe you remember it. Seriously though....what is with people defending poor service and mess ups? Ugh. It should never be acceptable to do your job incorrectly.

Just got back from Naples, Florida today and on the way to the airport a Checkers fast food joint stiffed me on my fries. We were already on I-75 before I noticed. Maybe fast food workers daydream a lot.

Wendy's gets mine wrong a lot, but I eat there more often than the others. On a per capita basis it's gotta be Sonic, I've eaten there a handful of times, 7 at the most and they've been wrong with my order 3 times.

Wendy's is the biggest pain in the ass for me too. 9 out of 10 times, it's wrong....and I order everything exactly as it comes. What sucks is, it's my favorite of all fast food chains. I'd go there a lot more if I knew I was going to get everything I ordered, as I ordered.
