I have known since before I was graduated HS that I didn't want children, and I am almost 28 and still no kids. No it is stupid to do something so irreversible at such a young age thinking that you will never change your mind. At age 28 you are still a young adult, and quite frankly, I'll guarantee that you won't think exactly the same about a lot of things when you are 48. In regards to children, men can father children even into their 70's, and to deprive yourself or a future partner the ability and flexibility to change your mind about having children is sophomoric at best.
