Very good. This is essentially what we have now; most have no choice (due to cost) unless they want to pay double (taxes and tuition). No, the socialist demmcrats are the ones who delight in the continued enslavement of your kids in the current FAILED system. The rest of us are looking for ways to free them from the bondage, and afford them a chance at succeeding.
