When a woman has an issue, the whole office will know about it and it'll take a week of getting solved. She'll run around and complain to everyone and talk about how badly she needs either a drink or a vacation. Gosh a ruddies, yes work can be stressful but it's stressful for everyone and most people here are making a fat salary anyway.

Been in a number of settings with women who complained about the same thing...but....
*when an employee would need to come in late, or leave early, or take a longer lunch to run errands who would it be? The woman.
*when someone needs to stay late to accomodate a client whom passes it along to someone else? A woman.
*when extra time needs to be had to cover a saturday shift who is busy that day? The woman.
*when the roads get "bad" whom cannot make it into work? The woman.

Have worked with a number of women and a vast majority of the time when the opportunity to get more hours comes around it is the woman who finds a way/reason/excuse to not cover those hours.

Dont get me wrong......guys will occassionly do the same thing, but most times when it happens it would be the female.

The time that drove me over the edge was when I wanted a saturday off. A female was bitching how she didnt get enough hours and such. I wanted off saturday, of which it would be off at 1pm. Her excuse for not taking the hours? A hair appointment at 3pm. Yes. 2 hours after we would close. SHe didnt want to get stuck there two hours after we were to close.....
