The director of our IT group routinely calls members of the IT staff even though the furthest one of us sits not 20 feet away from his office. He's called our systems manager 4 times this morning and his office is next door. If he talked loudly, everyone could hear him.
It is annoying when HR sends out stupid safety emails. They sent out one a few months ago about the safety hazards of fixing popcorn in the microwave unattended. Apparently that warranted emailing the entire company about.
Also, it boggles my mind how people still confuse 'lose' and 'loose' on company correspondence.
