Anyone? I have not been to the Dr. yet, but my legs have felt like dead weights for about 5 days now. I am getting plenty of exercise, through officiating, so it's not due to lack of movement.

Anyone ever dealt with sciatica? Exercises to help improve?

I ran a few miles yesterday and feel fine.

Hope this helps.

I wish that were the case. I'd just schedule an MRI. When drinking, I get a free pass to the front of the line.

Also, you forgot to refer your troll post to "like_that's infractable posts." You afraid to go to the basement?

No, I was exercising. I know that's a big word, so I'll dumb it down for you.

I was running so I won't be fat.

I have some nerve pain in my legs due to back/neck injuries from just being reckless when I was younger ( riding bikes, rugby, baseball). Constant pain in my back and hips but when that pain or numbness goes into my legs it takes things to whole new level. I'd get an MRI and seek treatment before you do further damage.

It's not really pain. It's just weakness in the legs.

Very serious indeed, I'm afraid you're probably going to have to get them amputated. Only known cure.

I used to experience this from running/biking. I complained to a friend (fitness beast) and he showed me some stretches for IT band in the legs. Started doing them before and after a run and it worked miracles. I would try that before amputating.

You should talk to NCF. He'll help you out with that.

Back to what I referred to in the basement (this isn't trolling), but I seriously think you are a hypochondriac. Just settle down, and quit worrying about every little symptom in your life.

I hear you. But there are actually explanations to all of my hypochondriac-isms. Breathing after drinking... acid reflux. Don't remember the other ones. And I actually do have a problem with my sciatic nerve right now. But I'm with you, nonetheless.

RE: Hypochondria

I remember when every chest pain was a heart problem, every headache was a brain tumor, every lump on my nut was testicular cancer....

Then I got put on some mind altering drugs that nearly destroyed my life (family, friendships, career, JJHuddle reputation).

Then I manned up and stopped being a *****.

You should do the same.
