My theory is you need exercises to help strengthen your core/hip areas.
A couple good ones in particular I like-
Lay on your side. Top leg is bent slightly at the knee and is a few inches behind your bottom leg. Do leg lifts while on your side.

This also is a great stretch for your hip flexors.

Google - "hip core exercises strengthening" I'm sure you'll find tons.

Also consider dropping a few bucks on a good massage therapist and not the Asian chick who gives happy endings.
