Obviously because most of Earth is covered in water... The probability of the meteor landing in the ocean is much greater than it is to land in populated area.

Also seems common that meteors hit Russia/Serbia. Too bad a meteor hasn't yet taken out the slant eyed bastards in Japan.

I saw where Russia's "Rush Limbaugh" a nationalist talk radio host in Moscow is trying to blame the Americans for this. As long as Putin is running th show over there we are going to have to deal with these bastards again in the next 10 yrs.

I want to know why everyone is Russia has a dashboard camera in their car.

Also, the Russians can't be that bad because they drive on the right side of the road.

They do it because people have a bad habit of throwing themselves in front of cars and hit and runs are very common. Fraud is very rampant and cops are corrupt. It's just evidence for the drivers.

So where does the fraud come from? Most of those people just got right back up and walked around.

Probably because most of the people were smart enough not to stop or the perp realized they had a camera.
