I believe you're correct.sherm03;1383400 wrote:There was a person from the public defenders office (the male voice) and he says something about accepting the appointment, but then the judge says "You can't accept the appointment, you haven't been appointed. I don't think he was "provoking" anything. She was not taking the hearing seriously right from the get go and it was obvious to everyone except HER. By the end of the hearing she "might" have understood the seriousness of the events that just transpired.

It's obvious to anyone with a brain that the girl isn't very smart to begin with. He tells her to leave then she says adios. I mean he really couldn't let something that simple go?

It was her attitude in general. He didn't think she was taking the events seriously and her tone of voice in "adios" was the final straw. I don't blame the judge in this instance, he probably saved her life because she's a dumb bitch.Rotinaj;1385043 wrote:It's obvious to anyone with a brain that the girl isn't very smart to begin with. Obviously, her parents "let things go" too many damn times with an attitude like that. About time somebody in her life didn't just let something go.Rotinaj;1385043 wrote:It's obvious to anyone with a brain that the girl isn't very smart to begin with. This. Reps. For the record, the punishment was excessive but if the justice system is suppose to correct and reform rule breakers nothing like a good swift kick in the ass with the long hard stick of the law to get it done.GoChiefs;1385082 wrote:Obviously, her parents "let things go" too many damn times with an attitude like that. You see the other people ("Defendants") in the background waiting for their turn to be heard by the Judge. The Judge in this video has what is called "control" over his courtroom/proceedings. Good for him. If he didn't have "control" it would just be a trickle down for disaster with the other Defendants waiting their turn. There is a time and a place to show respect and being in front of a Judge is THE time and THE place - PERIOD!

After reading further, I am fine with that. She was under the influence at the time of her hearing. Would have been a felony, she enters a program.Scarlet_Buckeye;1385406 wrote:http://www.wtsp.com/news/watercooler/article/297006/58/Woman-apologizes-flipping-off-judge

Glad the judge shocked her to reality and may a small chance she contributes to society.
