regarding Geno, late or not, drops are drops.Laley23;1499672 wrote:Mike Mayock is pissing me off tonight.
All over the Pats WRs for the drops (and they have been drops), but no blame on Brady for not hitting them in stride and throwing behind them.
But, for Geno and his WR drops, its all on Geno being late and missing wide open WRs.

Exactly. Honestly, they are both hitting guys in the numbers on some and throwing behind on some. But, its been nothing bad by Brady and nothing good for the rookie. Just annoying.Pick6;1499674 wrote:regarding Geno, late or not, drops are drops.

I suck for watching the last quarter.

Geno is worse than Sanchez

He looked bad, but I wouldnt judge him on a game where his WRs couldnt catch shit and it was pouring the entire 2nd half. He seemed to lose his grip on some deeper throws in that rain. I saw a few ducks where it looked like the ball slipped a bit.robj55;1499691 wrote:Geno is worse than Sanchez

He is sooo slow reading through progressions, very little accuracy as well, a lot of poorly thrown balls. The receivers certainly weren't good either but Sanchez probably would have won that game if he were playing, the Patriots gave them every opportunity to.Laley23;1499693 wrote:He looked bad, but I wouldnt judge him on a game where his WRs couldnt catch **** and it was pouring the entire 2nd half. Hard for Geno to be worse than Sanchez. Not buying it.

I understand being competitive and frustrated, but last night he just looked like a bitch with all of his screaming/yelling.LJ;1499644 wrote:Brady pouting off the field. Man this is great.

So, with the way New England has looked in starting 2-0, the way perennial powers Pittsburgh and Baltimore looked in week one and how Indy struggled to beat the lolRaiders, is there a team in the AFC within two touchdowns of a healthy Denver?
I know it's only one game into week 2, so nothing really means much in the grand scheme of things, but man, the conference looks pretty uninspiring overall.
