Especially in the NFL where the contracts are not guarenteed fully like MLB. I know that was a contention in the CBA and they do get more guarentees then they did previously.

I could see in the next CBA that the NFLPA insist on more as a safety issue because as it is right now guys are more apt to hide injuries/play through when they shouldnt because they dont have guarenteed money.

Will Brinson‏@willbrinsonJaguars released Laurent Robinson today. Signed him to 5 year, $32M deal on March 14, 2012. One year ago … tomorrow.

Lions sign Reggie Bush. Nice fit for that offense, imo.

Should be a nice 1-2 punch with Leshoure. Stafford still has to prove he can be consistent though.

I think that's a great signing for Detroit.

He'll probably catch a good 50+ passes in that offense, not to mention his rushing yards.

Eh, it's no where near the deal the other players are.

Losing your starting LT who started at the end of the season and all playoffs including SB isn't a big deal?

Ellerbe
Kruger
Boldin
Reed?
Cary Williams?
McKinnie?
etc, etc...

Kind of a "big deal" if you ask me.

If they all end up leaving, that is a hell of a turnover in one year.

If it was Yanda or Osemele I would be more worried. I guess when Ozzie Newsome is the general manager of your team you don't get overly worried about everything.

I didn't say the collection wasn't a big loss. I said McKinnie isn't the huge loss the other players are.

Your about to lose your whole secondary and about half your linebackers but your not worried? Wow.. Flacco's deal screwed the ravens if I was them I would have let him go honestly.

#Browns LB Paul Kruger, on if there's resentment against Flacco and his $$$ for #Ravens' mass exodus: "it depends who you're talking to.''

He's already got 1 foot out the door. I honestly see him either going to San Fran or just flat out retiring
